DENOUEMENT

an outcome or solution

the unraveling of a plot

/the outcome of a complex sequence of events

the final resolution of the main complication in a literary work

"The final work of the author, just like his left had been cut short, with no denouement to ease the reader or friend."

"His popularity suffered because of how long-winded and boring the first part of his works were. It was a shame really though because his skill was seen so clearly in his denouement."

"He loved to watch these mystery movies that would tangle the characters and plot i some seeming unsolvable fashion only to finish with a brilliant denouement."
